Calm between storms

The Festivals finally finished 10day ago.
The Freshers are in town, but most students come back next weekend.
The Referendum is on the 18th.
And then ...

A warm and sun-filled High St was busy but not crowded with strolling tourists and locals, with no sense on the momentous events taking place around them.
