Flight school

After our eaves being occupied by multiple swallows nests for weeks, they're suddenly all empty and flight school has begun. Tens of swallows, swoop and dive round our house, too fast for me to photograph. They've abandoned their nests for the ridge of the roof, where they sit in noisy rows, comparing notes and fly spotting.
