Loving this weather! Feeling so much better lately and the sunshine is just adding to the feeling. It also makes me realise how down I have been, because now I feel normal again. Glad I stuck on these meds.

Audrey woke up cranky so was worried how she'd be for my Mum and Dad but sounds like they brought her round.

I had a meeting in Heaton Moor and managed a quick supermarket shop on the way back. Angus is in London for a second day (Audrey has really fallen out with him but she has learnt the word "London" since he's been there).

Took this picture of a very tired Audrey tonight. At least she's learning to have a little rest now and again. She has never taken breaks and is pretty full on most days so think it will do her good!
