Sword wielding toddler!

This was taken under the bridge at Corbridge, just before Noo attacked ZQ with his new (foam) sword and before he decided to sit down in the river! We'd already relieved him of his trousers which were soaked from an earlier attempt to get in the river at Chesters.

We loved it at Chesters, and both boys were so impressed with the latrines that we all had to sit down and imagine what it was like to use them!!!! Then we had to follow the gutter to work out "where Roman poo goes". Oh the joys of being a mum to boys!

Anyway - well worth a visit, and they do have conventional loos!!
