Surreal

Today I strolled down to the High Street, at my own pace.

Today I had a dental appointment (my first filling, darn I'm getting old!) and I wasn't thinking about any little people sitting watching, 'cause the chair was empty.

Today I went into 3 shops and didn't have to do the grab-and-pay routine, I actually had minutes to consider.

Today I painted two panels of the shed and didn't have to do a half job because time wasn't tight.

Today I collected my children from school and wasn't an exhausted Mummy for the 3 1/2 hours that I had them this evening.

Really rather odd.
