Relay race

After struggling for a few nights with slow wifi it's nice to be back at home with fast wifi!

Anyway, a long day today - an early start was planned and we set off at 08:30. We were approaching Camelford when our "favourite" warning light came on but without activating limp mode. All seemed to be well until we stopped at traffic lights in Camelford (where the road narrows to room for one only) and as I went to pull away the engine just died!

A local garage came out after an hour of being tooted at and HGVs just squeezing through, and took us to a lay by to check the codes. Not fixable so they took us to Exeter Services where the AA were waiting to take us onwards, to Chipping Sodbury first to drop the motorhome off and then to Bedminster to get our recovery car.

We made it home at 17:30 and in time for my swimming lesson!

Work tomorrow for a rest!
