Whisky Pixies

I was lucky enough to spend Tues night as a plus one with N at a fascinating night of learning about Whisky's with the Scotch Whisky Experience. We learnt the basic principles of nosing and blending. We each got to make our own blends, name them and take them home at the end of the evening.

The cocktails were yummy and we loved the Beef Wellington canapés! But the highlight of the evening had to be the awe inspiring Whisky collection which is the largest in the world!
