Cheapskate

Where other people are expressing their love on little anodised and engraved padlocks, some cheapskates just write on it and bung it onto the bridge. Frankly, I don't get it unless it's final declaration of undying affectation from a spurned lover as a prelude to them leaping into the icy water below. But I doubt it.
