T minus 1

Harriet's last day today.

It's been a frantic day filled with a lot of baking, a lot of last minute laundry and packing, a trip into town for a few final things and a lot of stacking stuff in the hall ready to load the car first thing tomorrow.

Not much time for wrangling a camera really. Here's some coconut brownie with a Nigel Slater choc and banana loaf in the background.
