making hay...
Not literally.
It was such a lovely day a barbecue seemed like a good idea, and I managed to scrape something together from what was lurking at the bottom of the fridge.
My special home made hamburgers (top quality Aberdeen Angus from a farm near Perth), a chicken breast (from the same farm), sweet potatoes, a red pepper and a couple of courgettes. All organic.
Sounds like a lot (for 2) but my son goes out canvassing right after work, so by the time he finishes just after 8, he's ready to eat a horse.
He did eat horse once - Christmas lunch in France one year - but I'm not sure if he knows it.
