2-1/2 lbs cream cheese

Creaming 2-1/2 lbs of cream cheese and 1/4 lb butter in preparation for making pumpkin cheesecake.

Added the sugar, ginger & cinnamon. After adding the eggs and pumpkin pack, it was oven ready.

I took this one to my neighbour and will give one to a friend from church tomorrow. Diana got the heel of one shoe caught in her other shoe at church this past sunday and when she fell she broke her humerus.

I spent the morning running errands and grocery shopping then the baking this afternoon. I'm exhausted and ready for my bed.

We had sunshine today and although cooler, still hot but better than it has been.
