Helped out the Leeds International Beer Festival at the weekend. Had a really good time, want to visit Leeds more often just wish I didn't have to endure the torture that is Northern Rail (nearly 2 hours and seemingly not a plug socket in sight!).

Manic saturday sessions, managed to cut 3 of my fingers opening boxes of glasses. The horrible weather was a bit of a downer but cleared up at night. Got quite drunk near end the end. Sunday was quite the opposite. Beautiful weather, less manic and I only drank water until the end! A random sky reporter came to film a piece on MPs salaries rising (odd choice of venue in ways). After we'd cleared all the festival headed to North Bar for a quick drink. Had to leave to catch my train home (boo), whilst the rest of them headed to a seemingly lovely pub on a canal.

Met some lovely people, definitely up for helping out again next year.
