Pink...

I was rather startled to see this lone corn stalk growing along a barbed wire fence with its shock of pink silk....
Not being a farmer (the only thing that I can successfully keep alive appears to be lavender), I am not certain as to what caused this coloration. It is real, not enhanced, and got me thinking about Picasso's Pink Period. Yes my mind does in fact make these quantum leaps...
