The day began well

A run along Ponsonby Road, and part way along this wonderful sky showed itself.

An excellent way to start the day, which mostly continued well. A difficult process with a family at the end of the day, involving use of the mental health Act ended it rather stressfully.

Another birthday dinner tonight; for brother of S. So about to head out for that.
