Julie, Julia and Scottie
Last night Scott wanted to try making a couple of dishes that he learned in his cooking class. This was yummy. Sauteed zucchini in garlic, onions and virgin olive oil. Nice and crispy edges. Plus I also learned the difference between virgin olive oil, and extra virgin olive oil. It is always fun to learn, especially while you are eating.
