Cullen and the Giant's Steps

We were up at 8:00 and had a delicious full English breakfast downstairs. After that we were ready to explore this beautiful village, Cullen, and it's surrounding area. After we had walked for a few hours we got a couple of maps and brochures from a friendly man in the tourist information office in the village center. One of them was a map of local walks around Cullen. We decided to try one of them in the afternoon and we chose the Giant's Steps Walk. We started our walk from the harbour, not the caravan park, so one of the first things we saw was the pet cemetary. It was very interesting to see and then the charming scenery along the rural footpath. The north sea and blue sky were gleaming in the sunny weather... well, until we had a bit of rain to make our shoes and trousers even more dirty after the walk! :)
