A morning stroll on Highgate Common

I wanted to go back to Highgate Common and get a photo of the heathers in bloom, so I visited a bit earlier in the day when the sun was in a better direction. A beautifully warm sunny day again.

A pity the house business isn't so rosy. It seems our solicitors are still slowing things down. They said earlier in the day that nothing was holding up exchange, but we later found out that the contract our buyer went to sign last week had the incorrect name on it. His solicitor had requested new documents and when we spoke again to our solicitors they said they had emailed these documents over midday today. What took them so long. I wouldn't recommend dealing with large scale conveyancing firms - its like dealing with call centers, you never get to speak to anyone who knows whats going on.

On a better note its zumba tonight and we are also celebrating 5 years at that location afterwards and I've baked brownies.
