Ballet shop and swimming

Ballet - heard them doing frozen dances.. For Xmas show?!

Shop - clothes shopping for Saturday as I've officially lost 1.6 stone and am now in the 8stone region (fair enough it's 8.13.3/4 but it still counts! Melody was awesome - really good girl - took her in buggy - first time for ages! She had a fresh fruit smoothie :)

Swimming - she was excited to go! Yay! New cozzie she helped :)

Dropped her at home and ran out to get my roots done :)
