Middlemarch

I love books that take place in 18th and 19th century England. If only I could spend my days galloping along the countryside on my horse, doing needlepoint by the fireplace, chatting up dashing gentlemen and fancy ladies at balls... Yeah it would be fun for awhile but the first time any doctor approached me with a leech I'm sure I'd freak out. So maybe it's good I don't live in that era.
