A new route to take

Next week I have a new route to take in the morning. Miniman's 'school' run could be very short, just up and over the railway bridge, down the alley and into the school, but that would be no fun on his bike and no distance for me to run. So I've explored a 'longer way round' route. It takes me very briefly onto the canal side then past some industrial units and onto the road the other side of the school. Once I've dropped him off I could take any number of routes home.

I shall miss my morning canal run routine. On my way back from nursery I stopped to talk to Paul on the allotment the other side of the canal, explained that the new school run was a different way. He said I should keep running the canal route or he'd miss me...That was nice.

Still got no veg though.
