Wrest Park

We went out to Wrest Park again this afternoon for a walk about. I also got the chance to meet up with a friend who used to live just round the corner from us but now lives just round the corner from Wrest Park.

It feels good to get out and about again and saves me feeling quite so much of an invalid.
