Pain Relief

Really lame blip but I took it to allow me to have a blip every day in September is possible and I realised when going to bed that I hadn’t achieved that today. Therefore, with me about to take some painkillers, I thought I’d photograph them as an intro to point out that, on departure from hospital on both occasions following surgery, I have only taken paracetamol for pain relief as I do not like the effects of more heavy duty options. I have even resisted paracetamol most of the time as I’d rather not take anything: there’s nothing wrong with a bit of pain.
