VW Cookbook

It was a gorgeous weekend weather wise, the sky was blue the sun was shining and we were wishing that we had our campervan on the road. We look it off the road in November to do some maintenance on it and the plan was to have it back on the road for the first weekend in March. We are sticking to the plan but when we have such lovely weather miss the camper so much especially when we have a drive along the coast!

So when we got back we go the map and the cookbook out and started to plan some roadtrips that we would like to do this year and got some new ideas for different meals that would can cook in the camper when we're out and about.

Roll on March can't wait for our first outing in the camper!
