Spanish Bowl

My oldest son went on holiday to Spain in August and, knowing I like colourful pottery, he brought a bowl home for me. Unfortunately, it didn't survive the journey and it was presented to me in about fifteen pieces of differing sizes.

The boy was quite upset, as was I; not just because he was upset but also because I could see it had been a very attractive bowl. So, over the past fortnight, my husband has painstakingly re-assembled it and this is the end result. It's quite a small bowl, only about 6" across and vey shallow but I'm very pleased with it.
