Day 3 - Budapest

Today was Michael's 50th birthday and we woke to a much better day weather wise. First stop was the Gellert Thermal Baths where we had a lovely soak in both indoor and outdoor pools. The interior of the building is lovely. By lunch time the sun had come out so went went on the Budapest Wheel then grabbed some street food (very tasty Lángos) to eat. After lunch we did a bit of exploring: up the tower of St. Stephen's Basilica, Heroes' Square and the City Park.  In the evening we went out for dinner and cocktails for Michael's birthday.
