Road Trip

Took the car to be spruced up today as it really needed it. It was covered in fur, mud and crumbs and a spider had made it's home in my wing mirror. To be honest it also smelled of "dog"

The reason for the treat is that much of the next 36 hours will be spent in the car. James and I are travelling to Bath to go to the University Open Day tomorrow. That's 180 miles there and 180 miles back and much of today's journey will be round the M25 in the rush hour.

However, as I've mentioned before I really like this enforced one on one time with my children. They feel they have to talk to me at least some of the time and it's invariably interesting..

Hmm, I'm reminded of that spider again...
