Little Boot

I came across this lonely boot on my travels today in Blackpool.

I know that Little Boots is from Blackpool, but I don't think there is a connection.

It a nice boot methinks with very useful handles, Wish we had those!.... but it begs the questions: How did it get there? How did the owner continue on their way with one boot? Should it be sent to boot camp?
