Antalya street scene, old town.

Descended to the garden for breakfast, unsure of what would be on offer / we would want. Gingerly ate a little of the most bland stuff, then went off for a waddle around the Old Town. Ended up in the harbour area and got captured, willingly but you wouldn't have known it, and are off on a wee boat trip tomorrow. A wee boat that is, a reasonable 2 to 3 hour trip.
Much of the rest of the day spent avoiding emergencies by staying close to our hotel. Both much better this evening.

Unfortunately the small streets around the harbour are given over to same old tacky crap, albeit with a few burried treasures. Came across a beautiful silk hat, traditional construction but modern abstract design, but at 60 quid I couldn't justify the expense. Huge price differences between the tourist and local areas, even within the Old Town, and outside, in Greater Antalya, costs are even more attractive. Still, it's not a place you would spend a holiday unless you are into golf and /or all inclusive.
