Fog, Moon AND stars!

Made use of the late bus on Friday night, having to make further use of my bus ticket -

- and how cool was this? The Moon rising, over a field and with the Nikkor D 17-35mm f2.8 on the full-frame D700 at its widest, got a nice load of stars in too.

Came back home well after midnight to find a whole heap of lovely comments and Hearts, including a Spotlight place for my nice barge Blip from yesterday. I will just have to come to them and to thank everybody in the morning - walking miles in the dark with a heavy camera on tripod, dodging late night drivers off to/returning from pubs meant an evening of being kept on my tired toes.
