Birthday celebrations (continued)

My day started with a first appointment at the physiotherapist - there is much homework before the next session which only I can do apparently - watch this space ...

The evening though was the fun bit as I met up with Chrissy, Karen & Karen for a meal.

I was chauffeured in Chrissy's Stephen's brand new car so it meant I could have a tipple or two hence the blip which was my best shot while under the influence. Luckily Karen took some really nice shots. Alison couldn't make it due to work (another time looms I'm sure, eh Alison?) luckily I'm on leave this week so a lie in is definitely on the cards.

What wasn't good planning though was a hair appointment for 9 am but I'll give it my best shot !
