Heading for the Birksdal Glacier.

It's a two mile hike to the Glacier front, mostly up hill. This waterfall is about half way, climbing up steep steps to get this far. You can just pick out people in the top right hand corner and on the lower path on the left. It was a damp day, with drizzle from above and spray from the waterfall. We did this trek nine years ago and was pleased we could still make it, although the glacier is now a little disappointing as it's melted back so much after two hot summers and less snow in winter.
