B has been helping to load the food processor ever since she was old enough to understand 'sharp' and 'careful'. Together with her dad, she makes the best Bolognese sauce I've ever tasted, due in equal parts to their combined chopping and cooking talents, a great local butcher and a never-fail Nigel Slater recipe. We're all looking forward to dinner tonight.
