The most chilled out day I've had in months.

After a long lie in I finally dragged myself out of bed and proceeded to do very little at all!

My bike gears are almost perfect thanks to the excellent service I received this morning.

Laying on the sofa following AFC FYLDE on Twitter was as energetic as I got this afternoon.

We won, by the way, and are now top of the league.
