Closed!

Well, to dogs anyway!

We set off to explore Arundel Castle and queued up in anticipation in the warm sunshine to buy tickets for the gardens. Half way along the queue we were told that dogs weren't allowed!
Why not? We were only planning on walking around the gardens and looking at the impressive castle from the outside. We were equipped with poo bags and Jim was on a lead - what spoil sports!
Instead we spent a pleasant couple of hours walking (hobbling in my case) around the wonderfully quaint (but dog unfriendly) town of Arundel.
