Bloom and Bud

A quick blip from the garden was all I had time for today after spending most of the day at the village show where I was thrilled that my 'Creepy Crawlies' shot was awarded first place. I've never won a first place for any of my photos before so I was particularly pleased to do so against 27 other entrants. My other photos in the 'Reflections' and 'Rocks' classes were not even placed but you can't win them all, can you ;-)))
