Off at last

A day at the athletics stadium in Milton Keynes supporting the Tutors deliver the revised Athletics Coach Course.

Having had the running shoes on for almost 13 hours it is great to get them off.

Day two of the course tomorrow so back to Milton Keynes in the morning - early start of 6 am as I have a two hour drive to get to the stadium.
