Always does one thing a day which scares you

I've seen parasailing on previous holidays and always wanted to do it. I have a fear of open water so never done it. But having seen it again this holiday thought do it. You have a lift jacket, what's the worse that can happen??....
So we did, scary yes but amazing views and so glad I did :)
