I swam in our club champs 800m free event today- and got my first ever medal! Impressed myself with my time of 14:41.83 - a minute faster than when I've timed myself in training (but still slowest in the club)! Lol!

Two hours later and I'm starting to ache.

Puts me 7th in my age group in Great Britain though. (Not many 34-39 year olds are mad enough to try.)
