Ace

I had a leisurely breakfast with Ryan while choosing and uploading our pics from yesterday's visit to Sheffield Park which we were very pleased with.

I really enjoyed the time with him especially as he leaves in a couple of days.

Afterwards I headed off to my tennis club to support those in the final matches - every year there is a club knockout competition which starts in May and usually runs up until the week before the finals so that the finals can take place. I was in the finals myself in 2005 during the year I was the captain of the 4th division team. Today though I realised that I've not had a good season since 2010 when I had a severe car accident.

Today I watched all the matches and had a chat with other spectators and players. Everyone takes food & drink for the long haul and there's a BBQ too. Needless to say I had my fill ( I could have got a "club cup" for my efforts lol

I took this blip during a break so that I didn't favour anyone but of course there is inevitably always a favourite to win and sure enough mine came in streets ahead ! That's game, set & match then !
