Mum! I'm bored.

The lawn, a bed sheet and 2 plastic boxes of Lego put paid to complaints of boredom. There they were sprawled out, constructing all-sorts whilst I did a power of weeding.

I thoroughly deserved the hour off with my mum to go stone-carving. We had a lovely time. Made even lovelier with a stop-off on the way home for tea and cake. Bloomin' massive wedge of sticky toffee and a cuppa for £2 each. Fantastic!

Quick visit to the library with the boys, before coming home to a bbq, a chilled bottle of white and a blast of Glasgow Green Proms... in the garden. Ah, what a lovely Saturday.
