Tried and tested

I sought inspiration for today's dinner in my plethora of recipe books, but nothing took my fancy. So I turned to my trusty Dodo notebook, full of recipes cut from magazines and passed on from friends and family. We settled on a very tasty Pad Thai, from a recipe picked up by a friend on her travels in Thailand. Very tasty it was too.
