Mucking About On The Muko

A beautiful day for a birthday. Kazuko's, that is, although you wouldn't have known it. She doesn't like a fuss; not even a cake! Anyway, I started the day with a great 20 km run and achieved my fastest time ever for that distance; two hours and fourteen minutes. I saw these happy punters on the way, clearly deciding this day is too lovely to waste. Couldn't agree more.
