My weekly macaron

I know, I know, I am becoming obsessed, every week a new batch. This week I aged the egg white like it says in the recipe, Last week the shape was perfect but the texture too dry, this week the texture is spot on but the shape is wrong,

This weeks color & flavor combination is yellow with lime filling, tastes good but the icing is a bit too runny because of the lime juice.

I think I may run out of patience before I perfect these ......
