The Big Bang
Well not really the big bang but it was the 50th anniversary since the Forth Road Bridge opened and tonight they had a massive fireworks display along with the Shetland Island Vikings of Up Helly Aa doing a torchlight parade over the bridge as me and sandra watched from near the beach at North Queensferry it was nice to see,
It was also good to see mass groups of Yes folks in Glasgow,Inverness,Perth and Ayr on video clips all singing different songs along with the excited folks getting some freebies handed out in Ayr and other places so it's looking promising the one thing I would change if we get Independence is to change the National anthem up here from Flower Of Scotland to Caledonia as the lyrics from FOS and God Save The Queen have some outdated phrase that are no longer needed in my opinion and I do love Caledonia especially Frankie Millers version although Dougie Mclean who wrote the song actually joined a busker in an Impromptu sing along to his song in Perth with all the Yes folks yesterday and it looked amazing the gathering in Buchannan Street in Glasgow was huge as well going by the photos that I saw which as usual was not shown on the Biased BBC they showed a wee group of Yes folks along with a slightly bigger group of the No Camp, that does get on my nerves now how blatent they are skewing all sorts of information to down play the growth in the Yes following anyway movie for the day is "Fireworks 1947" Looks good BIG as well See Ya
