Very stylish dayglo jackets.........

The wearers of these new 'dayglo' jackets were very pleased to model them on return home today. I think they are extremely stylish and marks them as important volunteers. They are both volunteers of Bedgebury in Kent, which is the National Pinetum of the UK. They very much enjoy spending a day a month helping to maintain the 320 acres of the national collection. The collection has over 10,000 trees, including rare, endangered and historically important specimens. The Pinetum relies on its volunteers as there only three professional foresters looking after this national collection.
