Parking Signals

Took some time to take my daughter to the park today. We enjoyed a quick run around in the sun before the rain began to come down this afternoon. As she played on the slide and climbing rope, I noticed this spinning road sign wall which was attached to the playground structure. I don't know what the point was, but I guess it is a way of getting kids to notice the mass of road signs that they will no doubtly have to recognize at some point.
