The climbing tree

The child still within,
Long limbs climb the climbing tree,
Just because they can.

... When we came to view what is now our house, the children were about 10 and 7. We were sitting in the lounge have a cup of tea and a chat with the owners, While admiring the view of the garden we noticed both children were sitting high in the branches of this tree having made it their mission to climb it!

Fast forward a few years and my, now 24 year old daughter, still loves climbing this tree. Although she says it's a lot easier now that her legs are longer.

A reminder to us all never to grow up.
