Gerbera

A lovely surprise when the doorbell rang this morning - a neighbours sister returning our scales after making a heap of goodies for her brother, with a bunch of flowers to say thanks (as if she needed to, but very much appreciated).
So dug out the dslr, which has now been nicknamed Doris as opposed to Wilma which is the wee camera :-)
A wee play with various settings again as I move into using the creative modes. Need to work on depth of field issues but thought a slightly sideways angle would make for an interesting capture.
