Dave Gorman

A rubbish picture today but the best of an awkward situation. Tonight was Dave Gorman's gig at the Edinburgh Festival Theatre and it really was a great gig. I've never seen him do stand up before and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I waited around at the end to get a book signed which he kindly did but didn't want to ask for a picture since I was the only one of our party who waited and looked like a crazy lonely person.

What do we chat about though? Do I mention that I was mentioned on his podcast last week after emailing in...would he remember the name and reason I emailed? What if he didn't? What I then say? Would I look at idiot for ever thinking he'd remember?

In the end we had a small exchange and I went home a happy chap, it was a really good night.
