Weekend in the Lake District

Many apologies for not posting a gorgeous photograph of the southern lakes, we were staying in an isolated climbing hut just outside coniston. Beautiful as ever, day 1 walked along the Dow crag ridge, Coniston old man, swirl How, walna scar road. Day 2 scramble to Brim Fell from low water, great days. There to celebrate a friend's birthday, great food wine and song, all carried for a km to the hut, stunning!
